Thank you so much for your interest in including my voice as part of your project! There’s a simple 5-step process for most voice projects:

Step 1
Drop me a message through the Contact Form or by email telling me a bit about your project, budget and deadlines. If you’ve got a script draft / lyrics or any kind of planning documentation / relevant links to help me better understand your project, you can include those, too.

Step 2
Within two business days, I’ll come back to you with a no-obligation quote and a short sample of your script / song so you can hear exactly how it’ll sound.

Step 3
If the demo and quoted project rate feel right, just confirm via email and send over your finalised script / lyrics. Be sure this is ready to go – changes after this stage may add extra costs for re-recording time.

Step 4
I’ll get to work recording your script / song in full and deliver it in your selected file format (usually MP3, WAV or AIFF) by the agreed upon deadline. If your project requires live direction either online or in person at a studio, we can schedule a timeslot / date for this. Please note, this may incur an additional fee to cover travel or scheduling costs.

Step 5
You only pay when you’re completely satisfied. If anything needs tweaking, be that a mispronunciation or delivery style, just let me know; I’ll be more than happy to re-record those sections. Once you’re happy, the project’s wrapped and the invoice gets settled within 14 days of completion.

I do have a professional home studio, allowing me to record crystal-clear voiceovers and vocals for a multitude of different projects and clients. Better yet, this setup affords me an improved level of efficiency and flexibility when completing your project.

My home studio setup consists of:

As standard, my payment terms are 14 days upon the issue of a summative invoice for one-off projects.

For short- or long-term hire, invoices are sent every two weeks with 14-day payment terms as standard, though this can be discussed and amended to suit your individual needs.

All invoices include a conditional late-payment fee to protect my finances; at my discretion, this conditional fee may be waived should exceptional or extenuating circumstances occur and be communicated prior to the 14-day payment window elapsing.

Every project is different and, with offering a variety of services, it’s tough to give a singular price or quote. After all, a 30-second commercial voiceover isn’t the same as a ten-hour audiobook, and writing a series of social media posts isn’t comparable to writing a video-game script.
